Summit Refreshers Merchandise Shipping
Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping; this is an estimate, and busy periods may take longer.
Shipping time is additional to production time. Choosing Express shipping speeds up transit after production and does not skip production. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Items may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Please check your delivery address before ordering. For shipping questions, an address correction, or a missing package, email pitchforkgaming@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
For international orders, customs duties or import fees may be charged by the destination country if they are not collected at checkout.
This policy applies to shipped merchandise, not beverage service or event bookings.
